This treadmill is well built for the price. However with that said, the iFIT membership “included” is a fake. iFIT still charged me $423+ even after inputting the code and it displaying it was valid and the total amount due was $0.00.Update #1: After battling with iFIT and my bank they finally refunded me my money. I would steer clear of the company. Unfortunately ICON Health and Fitness owns many home fitness brands including Nordic Track and Proform. I have yet to experience their customer service regarding something wrong with the treadmill. The treadmill itself is heavy, and appears to be well built. I weight 200lbs, and above a 12.00 incline the belt begins slipping even though it is tightened. The cushioning deck is nice and alleviates pain you may have from running. With that said, look at the Better Business Bureau website for reviews. If I would have known I would have went somewhere else, I am scared to do a warranty claim.

or give it to someone you don’t like. Seriously. Don’t give these people your credit card information. The treadmill itself is 4/5 stars. It’s excellent and a great value.Amazon installation services installed it in about 45 minutes. Great build quality, heavy.I’ve used every day for a week. However…ifit membership is a scam. I told my wife not to bother but here I am.She redeemed the “free” year membership and it went from having a pending charge to an actual charge of $420.75 after about a week.I tried calling them but their hold time is ridiculous. I emailed them today so if the charge isn’t dropped in the next week this will become a 1 star review and they’ll get reported to my credit card company and better business bureau.Pretty disappointing and this is my 2nd Pro Form treadmill and the last one I got used lasted about 8 years with frequent use (and I got it used).Edit:Ifit was reported to the better business bureau 2/6/19 as well as my credit card company2/8/19 : Ifit emailed me claiming they’ll refund the cost of the membership in 10-15 days and if I send them a picture of the card they’ll give me the year with no chance of billing me again. So…8 days to maybe? resolve the issue, possibly 23 days or more depending on the credit card refund process. At this point I trust them about as much as I trust a Republican with my social security dollars but we’ll see what happens.2/13/19 refund posted. Review is now 2 stars.Better business bureau complaint now closed by me. It appears I have my year free trial finally too.The whole experience is disappointing.I’d recommend the treadmill but not the membership unless you find a way to do it without giving your payment info.
